- 10% deposit, not refundable
- 60 days prior arrival date, 40% payment is required to hold the booking.
- 30 days prior arrival date, the 50% balance need to be paid.
- To request the cancellation of an already confirmed reservation, the client must contact us exclusively in writing via email to info@laticalodge.com or by WhatsApp to (+151) 4707-1797. The cancellation date will be effective from the same day the hotel receives the notification.
- If the guest decides to check out on a date prior to the date foreseen by the reservation, regardless of the reason, there will be no refund.

It is not allowed to enter with drinks or food purchased outside the facilities, we have a resto-bar permit.
Use of the pool until 9 PM. A quiet environment is requested after 10 PM out of respect for the neighbors.
Pets are not allowed.
A room equipped for persons with reduced mobility according to law 7600 is available at the hotel.
Free parking is available on the property.
Safety: Minors staying at the hotel are under the absolute responsibility of their parents and / or guardians, may not access the pool area of the hotel without supervision of an adult.
IMPORTANT: The best route to get to the hotel is through the town of Paraíso, this is the route suggested by Google Maps. It is recommended not to use Waze as an app to get around because it sends by route only for 4x4.

The villa is rented for the number of people in your reservation, 25 people is the maximum allowed.

Daily cleaning in common areas is included.
Concierge service can be included, helping to organize everything concerning your trip: transportation, activities, chef service, etc. These services will be quoted and paid for separately from the reservation.
Use of the swimming pool until 9 PM. A quiet environment is requested after 10pm out of respect for the neighbors.
Parties or events are not allowed. If you wish to organize an event you must consult in advance being clear with your pretensions and must pay an additional cost which will be fixed at the time of negotiation, parties or last minute events will not be accepted.
