General rules
- The villa is rented for the number of people in your reservation.
- The cost per additional person in the villa is $50 per person per night, with 10 people being the maximum allowed.
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- No pets allowed
- No smoking.
- Check-in is any time after 3:00PM and check-out is at 10:00AM.
- All credit card holders must be 25 years of age or older at the time of registration.
- Deposit of $300 in cash which is returned on the day of departure after checking that everything is OK.
- Although it is possible to access with a 4x2 vehicle, due to the location of the house and the conditions of the access road, we recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle.
