- Your booking/damage deposit is non refundable in the event of not checking in.
- Your booking/damage deposit will be refunded in full 24 hours after check out is complete. 
- Any damage outside of wear and tear of the property will mean that your deposit will be held beyond the 24 hours period and quote for the repair will be communicated to the guest and a deduction made from the damage deposit before the remaining balance is refunded.
- Each one bedroom villa has a maximum capacity of four people. If the amount of occupants exceeds four people there is an extra person charge of $25 per person per night. Any guest that does not state the amount of guests on booking and will automatically have the extra person charge added as a deduction to their damage deposit. 
- We reserve the right to change the villa of your booking and refund any difference in the price between the original and new villa. This is to ensure long term rental reservations are prioritised under the instruction from the owners of Maracuya to build a sense of community in their domain.
- Maracuya owners or associated agents do not accept any liability for injury or death cause on the property, or in the condominium of La Ecovilla, or any vicinity outside of La Ecovilla's condominium boundaries.
- Our cancellation policy for guests is a full refund of the deposit and reservation fee up until 60 days prior to the reservation. Between 60-30 days we offer a 50% refund on the booking fee. Any cancellation 30 days prior to the reservation the booking fee is non refundable.
