Terms and Conditions
- The name on the card must match the name on the reservation, otherwise we will not be able to process the charge for security reasons.
- In case of check-in after 9pm there is an extra charge of 50$.
- In case of loss of the room key, a penalty corresponding to the replacement cost will be applied, which can be charged to the registered credit card or paid in cash. This fee will be charged at check-out.
- It is recommended to always close the door and windows of the room when not in the room, as monkeys or other wild animals may enter and cause damage. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the guest and will be charged accordingly.
